About 504good
Overview: Collective Impact for Good in New Orleans
504GOOD is the philanthropic arm of the Nieux Society, created to harness our collective power for good. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, 504GOOD channels collective energy, resources, and intelligence into implementing transformative solutions that create meaningful, measurable change in New Orleans.
504GOOD Programs Include:
504GOOD Fellowship: Celebrates and supports New Orleanians making an extraordinary difference. Fellows are nominated by Nieux Society members and receive recognition and resources to deepen their impact.
Nieux Grants: Funding for Nieux Society members to bring civic events, programs, and activations to life at The Nieux—opening the doors of a world-class venue for dialogue and connection. These grants also fuel learning experiences that link Nieux Society members to pressing local challenges, equipping them to grow as smarter, more engaged changemakers.
504GOOD Labs: A creative engine for experimentation, where members can prototype and scale ideas that improve lives and communities in New Orleans.
504GOOD Projects: We believe in using our platform—for good by mobilizing Nieux Society’s collective talent, time, and capital in response to emerging needs and opportunities. These are collaborative, high-impact efforts driven by the belief that together, we can do more.
Our Belief
When a community has the right tools, spaces, and support, it can transform itself. 504GOOD exists to help New Orleans write its next chapter—one rooted in opportunity, innovation, and collective prosperity.
