Squeeze The Juice is back for Season 5—with a question: “What does it take to create change that lasts beyond a single leader, initiative, or generation?

Since the turn of the millennium, New Orleans has navigated natural disasters, economic crises, and profound transformation. The leaders who helped guide our city through these challenges hold invaluable lessons—and the next generation brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and determination to move us forward.

Squeeze the Juice is a leadership development initiative that connects seasoned civic leaders with the next generation of New Orleans changemakers.

In Season 5, What It Takes for Generational Change, we explore how leaders build trust across generations and lay the groundwork for lasting progress.

Through firsthand accounts, candid interviews, and interactive discussions, civic leaders and a curated group of young professionals examine the decisions, partnerships, and sustained commitments that shape our city. Together, they consider what to carry forward, what to rethink, and what it will take to build a stronger New Orleans for generations to come.

Now officially an educational program of 504GOOD, Squeeze The Juice exists to make systems more understandable, ideas more accessible, and learning something we do together.
